Easy Chili and Cream Cheese Dip - Football Party




This is even easier than the chili I make.  Two ingredients - Dennison's Original Chili and block of Philadelphia Cream Cheese.  This one is so simple - just heat the can of chili in a pan.  When it is hot add the block of cream cheese.  When the cream cheese is hot enough to stir - stir it in to the chili.  That is it.  I serve with Tostitos scoops!!!!  Enjoy - my family loves this.

I love chicken curry.  This is again a family favorite.  Super simple to do.  Any one can do it. Here is the recipe.  I prefer it served over rice, but over pasta is good too.  Tonight we had it over baked potatoes. Easy Chicken Curry This is another one of my easy recipes.  I got this recipe from a friend of mine about 20 years ago it was a family favorite of theirs too. Ingredients: 1  whole onion chopped 1  tablespoon olive oil 1  package chicken tenders or chicken breast (about a pound or pound and a  half) 2  cups chicken broth 2  tablespoons tomato paste 1  tablespoon curry 1  peeled and chopped apple 1/2  banana chopped 1/2  teaspoon salt Instruction: Saute onion and chicken in the olive oil.  Then add chicken broth, tomato paste, apple,  banana, salt and curry.  Bring to boil and reduce to simmer covered one hour.  See easy.  Serve over rice, noodles or cooked potatoes.  Enjoy. Easy Oven Roasted Vegetables

Easy Oven Roasted Vegetables Ingredients 1/3 cup olive oil 1 1/2 pounds baby red skin potatoes cut up 7-8 brussel sprouts halved 3 carrots peeled and cut in chunks 1 red  onion sliced  1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp rosemary 1/2 tsp thyme 1/2 tsp basil 1/2 tsp salt pepper to taste Directions Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees and place rack in the center. Chop vegetables.  Throw into a large bowl to even coat the vegetables with the olive oil and the herbs.  Combine and toss.  I put a thin layer of olive oil on a large 11x17 pan.  Pour the vegetables on pan. I roast for 35 min and mix them up once at about 20 min for a more evenly roasted coloring. My family loves these and so do I.  Enjoy!! YUM!!! Also you can swap out the stated herbs for two teaspoons italian spices.
