Easy Rack of Lamb



Our family makes this for special occasions.  Hope you like it.


Easy Rack of Lamb

This is also a family favorite.  I found out about rack of lamb one night when I was watching my daughters at swim practice.  One of the other moms mentioned she was heading home to fix it.  She said it was very easy and was it ever.  Hope you love it as much as we do.  



Ingredients:

1 package Rack of Lamb

1/4 teaspoon of each salt, garlic powder, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary,

1/2 teaspoon curry powder


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.  Place the rack of lamb fat side up in a roasting pan.  Sprinkle all of the seasonings over the top of the rack of lamb.  Roast until the thermometer reaches the desired temperature.  We like 155.
